Interval Workouts on the Garmin 405.

As you will have seen in my last post I am working on intervals for the next four weeks. I use a Garmin Forerunner 405, which I am very satisfied with. I found this cool little tutorial on setting up interval training on the 405.

I thoroughly recommend the Forerunner 405 (or it’s new revision the 405 CX). A great piece of kit to help get the most out of your workouts.

I will be adding some tutorials of my own to the Garmin in upcoming ManV2 TV Episodes.

It actually seems incredibly easy to set up an interval training on the 405, however I would have liked to be able to add the warm-up and cool-down in kilometers instead of having to do so manually.
