During my holiday in France I read two fantastic books which I thoroughly recommend. I found these two so incredibly inspiring: 50/50 by Dean Karnazes and Once a Runner by John L. Parker Jr. Both books should be on the shelf! Now this led me to the life of Frank Shorter and now I must seek out the film: Without Limits and the DVD Ultramarathon Man!
