Today’s “do one thing differently” is something that all of my personal trainer clients hear whenever we start talking about diet and performance.

Take a good quality omega-3 supplement every morning.

“Vegans have lots of options for this too.” (Edit May 2021) Simple, effective and will make a huge difference to you life very quickly.
