January - how are we doing?

As is usual for the majority of us, we're now into our new year training plan.

I just wanted to drop you - scratch that - us all a quick word of encouragement. We've committed - we're working and we're doing it. Whatever happens don't give up! By this time next year we will have achieved our fitness goals. 365 is enough time for us all to do it. Let's just keep the pressure up, keep working and we'll make it happen.

Great work - let's keep it up.
