First off, thanks to all of you for following this blog over the last few years. I really appreciate it - not least since 2012 and 2013 have not been my most prolific of periods, to put it mildly. I have been working on trying to find out what I want to do with the website in the future and with a background in personal training I think that I will be able to get it to reach its potential. Over December and into 2014 I will be making some cosmetic changes which I should bolster with a proper restructure during the rest of the winter. The goal is to have it up and running properly in the spring.
What you can expect from it is much more content on bio-hacking, more on mental programming for success, diet and supplement programs and practical training routines realising our goals. There will be a premium membership for those who want to have a virtual personal training relationship.
