Just a quick update. It's now two months since I quit the caffeine. I'm not missing it so much and my sleeping patterns are much, much more regular. I was originally going to give it a couple of months before deciding on reintroducing a little caffeine but I'm definitely going to extend it. I will write a more complete article on quitting caffeine in the near future but I have a few other essays I think that I want to get onto the site first. Meanwhile, as usual, any questions then leave a comment and I'll do my best to help.
