Today I’ve introduced two new categories to the blog “inspiration” which are for any posts which are simply there to get us out there training and working out. Use this category to search for content to motivate and inspire your training.
The second category is “workouts” where I will bundle together all of the workouts that I am using myself or that look interesting. Whenever you are looking to replace or modify the workouts that you are doing (which you should do every six weeks) this is where they will be collected.
